About this app

Everything you get in our basic smolov calculator app, but now with
the much requested feature of saving and recalling past sessions.

No more fiddling with spreadsheets and print outs at the gym. This app
calculates the weights you should use, based on your one rep max, for
the 3-week Smolov Jr. and 13-week Full Smolov Squat protocols. The app
also makes it easy to keep track of where you are in the cycle.

This Russian squat cycle has also been used by many for other lifts
such as the bench press, shoulder press and deadlift with big jumps in
strength. Smolov isn't for new lifters, but if you have some
experience under your belt (like with 5/3/1, starting strength, 20
squat, etc.), then this may be a great lifting protocol for you.

Pro version let's you run multiple sessions at the same time, so if
you want to do a Smolov Jr. bench and squat program, you can track
both in this app. You can take notes, modify the numbers to the
actual weights used and recall past sessions.

App works fine. Needs improvement for the weights. Each week you are supposed to add 5-10 lbs. An option for this would make it ideal. Also, if you go through each week and add the weight individually WITHOUT saying completed, it will auto reset to default first week weights. You will then have to re-enter them all in again as you go. This little simple improvement would be great.

After paying for the app, the 13 week squat program is incomplete. Week 7 and 8 are supposed to be a "switching phase" but it just has a link to the website for the switching phase. The website vaguely describes the switching phase and has a link to download it separately. This is a paid app.. The switching phase should be included and I'm pretty sure it used to be, or was that a different app that looked very similar? Id give 4 or 5 stars if the programming was complete.

It will be great if the apps can automatically update weight on every set when I am able to increase weight on the next day. For example, the program is 80kg on Thursday for 10 set of 3 reps but I can do 85kg, and have to manually adjust every set. I would love to adjust number of rep in a set. For example, I failed to do 7 reps in the 4th set. Have to jot down in the Note area, which is difficult to review
